Sausage & Spinach Tart

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1 pack of Caremoli Gluten Free Pizza Crust Mix made according to package directions
  • 4 sausages
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • Salt + Pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Divide pizza dough into 8 equal portions
  • Using your hands or a rolling pin, create 8 square tarts
  • Top each with olive oil
  • Bake at 430 degrees F for approximately 4 minutes
  • Remove, top with cheese, spinach, sausage and garlic powder
  • Add back to oven and bake for 7-10 minutes until cheese is bubbly, sausage is crispy and crust is browned
