Butternut Squash Pizza
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pack Caremoli Gluten Free Pizza Mix
- 2 cups butternut squash sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup roasted butternut squash cubes
- 1/4 cup pepitas/pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp honey
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C)
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Make pizza dough according to package instructions
- Top pizza with pumpkin butternut squash sauce, mozzarella cheese, feta cheese, roasted butternut squash
- Drizzle honey
- Bake according to package directions, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly
- Top with pepitas
