Butternut Squash Pizza

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1 pack Caremoli Gluten Free Pizza Mix
  • 2 cups butternut squash sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup roasted butternut squash cubes
  • 1/4 cup pepitas/pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp honey

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C)
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Make pizza dough according to package instructions
  • Top pizza with pumpkin butternut squash sauce, mozzarella cheese, feta cheese, roasted butternut squash
  • Drizzle honey
  • Bake according to package directions, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly
  • Top with pepitas
