Sausage & Spinach Tart
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pack of Caremoli Gluten Free Pizza Crust Mix made according to package directions
- 4 sausages
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- Salt + Pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Divide pizza dough into 8 equal portions
- Using your hands or a rolling pin, create 8 square tarts
- Top each with olive oil
- Bake at 430 degrees F for approximately 4 minutes
- Remove, top with cheese, spinach, sausage and garlic powder
- Add back to oven and bake for 7-10 minutes until cheese is bubbly, sausage is crispy and crust is browned
