Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

INGREDIENTS: 

• 1 pack of Caremoli Gluten Free Cookie Mix
• 1 banana 
• 1 egg
• 2 tbsp water
• 12 peanut butter cups

INSTRUCTIONS:

• Preheat oven 370 degrees F
• In a large bowl mix together cookie mix, banana, egg and water
• Add 12 scoops of cookie dough to a lined baking sheet
• Bake for 15 minutes
• Remove from oven and top with peanut butter cup before cooling
